This suburban park in leafy Hornsby Heights provides fitness workout challenges for many ability levels.

The layout has been carefully designed to provide a circuit of activities that make it easy to cover each area of a planned workout. Users have access to warm up benches, stretching and flexibility activities and warm down areas as well for the end of the session.

The main UrbanFiT Trekko unit includes scope for comprehensive muscle building and resistance training.

UrbanFiT instructional signage provides consistent messaging to enable ease of use for users of all ages and abilities.
