The Kings Central UrbanFiT Project in Werrington is a multifaceted fitness hub, purposefully designed to accommodate a wide spectrum of ages and fitness levels.

This facility features the adaptable UrbanFiT Trekko unit alongside dynamic Jump Boxes, offering a range of exercises from low-impact activities for the elderly to intense bodyweight workouts for younger, more active users. The equipment supports gentle exercises for older individuals to maintain mobility, while younger people can engage in more strenuous routines for strength and endurance.

This project, seamlessly integrated into the community space of the new housing estate, not only enhances the physical landscape but also fosters an inclusive and active lifestyle for all residents. With a budget of $30,000 to $40,000 for equipment, it’s a testament to the community’s commitment to health and wellbeing.
