Station 3

The UrbanFiT Station 3 is a combination of Swedish Bars and Incline Bench stations, focused on core strengthen workouts. Catering for up to three users at once, this is a great complimentary unit at a larger fitness hub, or solitary on a walking track. Exercise possibilities include knee or leg raises, front and rear holds, incline leg lifts and static stretching.
