Station 1

The UrbanFiT Station 1 boasts a great mix of upper body and core workout stations, including dip bars, an adjustable height bar, mid-height roman rings, and a flat bench. Possible exercises include crunches, sit-ups, planks, dips, declined push-ups, chest dips, leg raises, chin ups, various suspension exercises, balance work and other stretching exercises.
