The Nitro Gladiator Cage Lite is the all-in-one full body workout unit. Stations include dip bars, an adjustable height bar, mid-height roman rings, an inverted bench, plyometric platforms, a squat pole and monkey bars. This combination is good for up to six users, catering for user skill levels from beginner to elite.
